Established by former City of Etobicoke By-Law 30-1986, the Village of Islington Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a non-profit association and an agency and commission of the City of Toronto.

Our Mission

Our mandate at the BIA is to beautify and promote the dynamic Islington business area. That area encompasses all business and commercial property owners along Dundas Street West between Montgomery Road and Kipling Avenue.

The BIA is run by a volunteer Board of Directors which manages the day to day operations of the association. The Directors are governed by By-Law No. 1, Rules of Procedure for the Board of Management of the Village of Islington Business Improvement Area.
